We strive to provide excellent quality and customer service to all of our valued customers. If you are ever dissatisfied with a product please let us know as soon as possible so we can either replace the arrangement or make another sort of satisfactory agreement with you. We guarantee our arrangements (excluding corsages and boutonnieres) to last at least 5 days assuming they are watered regularly and kept out of direct sun light. If they do not last at least 5 days we ask you notify us immediately so we can replace the product or issue a future credit. If we are notified after the 5th day we are no longer able to send a replacement nor issue a credit.
